Another standout was their take on the renowned Roman Amatriciana Pasta, transformed into a rich and spicy pizza with Amatriciana sauce, pecorino cream, pancetta and chilli. Surprisingly, this pizza surpassed the pasta version, and the whipped pecorino on top was a life-changing addition.
